Customer Service Specialist (Portuguese Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join Nestlé Business Solutions in Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for our B2C and B2B customers, handling inquiries through voice, email and chat while delivering a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
• Identify customer needs quickly and propose tailored solutions.
• Advise prospects on Nestlé’s product and service portfolio.
• Prioritize first‑contact resolution to improve satisfaction.
• Handle complaints with empathy and turn feedback into improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in customer‑engagement services.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and collaborate as a team player.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
