Customer Service Specialist (English) – Hybrid/Remote

About the role

We are seeking an English‑speaking Customer Service Specialist to join Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) and support the Nespresso brand. The role involves handling front‑office interactions with both B2C and B2B customers across phone, email and chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and first‑contact resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via voice, email and chat, identifying needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Manage complaints with empathy, turning feedback into service improvements.
• Promote Nespresso products and services, advising customers and potential clients.
• Achieve first‑contact resolution targets and maintain accurate interaction records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in customer‑engagement or call‑center environments.
• Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, learning‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
