Customer Service Representative – French Speaking (Global e-Commerce)

About the role

Join Concentrix as a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, supporting a global e‑Commerce client. You will use your French and English language skills to assist buyers, sellers and creators across social‑media channels, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers, sellers, customers and creators, checking order and logistics status.
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate issues to the client according to the Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.
• Drive overall customer satisfaction metrics, ensuring service quality throughout the case journey and providing regular updates.
• Maintain adherence to service levels across channels and achieve best‑in‑class productivity and resolution times.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
• College degree or equivalent diploma.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce processes.
• Previous experience in a call‑center or service industry, handling voice and non‑voice interactions.
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
