Creative Director

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing, founder‑led beauty and wellness brand that is expanding internationally. The newly created Creative Director role will own the brand’s visual identity and ensure a consistent, premium aesthetic across all customer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own Frederica’s visual identity, creating and evolving brand guidelines.
• Ensure visual consistency and high quality across packaging, website, social media, paid creative, and print.
• Lead art direction for photography, video, and other creative productions.
• Develop and produce creative work personally while guiding the wider design team.
• Introduce new creative tools and approaches, including AI‑driven workflows.
• Mentor and develop the existing designer, set clear standards, and build the design function as the company scales.
• Remove founders from day‑to‑day creative approvals by becoming the primary aesthetic decision‑maker.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience leading design teams in fast‑moving consumer brands.
• Strategic thinker who is also comfortable executing hands‑on design work.
• Strong aesthetic judgment combined with commercial awareness.
• Proven ability to elevate a local brand to an international, premium positioning.
