Creative Design Specialist

About the role

Join Delnext’s fast‑growing creative team as a Creative Design Specialist. You will shape and strengthen the visual identity of the Zumub brand across both digital and physical touchpoints, working on everything from packaging to motion graphics.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels.
• Create digital assets for social media, newsletters, website banners, and landing pages.
• Design production‑ready packaging, apparel, and merchandising materials.
• Develop motion graphics, 3D renders, and visualizations for product presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of multi‑disciplinary design experience, either agency‑side or in‑house.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Professional fluency in Portuguese and English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Intermediate knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion design and video editing.
• Hands‑on experience with 3D tools such as Blender, Adobe Dimension or Substance.
