Corporate Account Manager – Strategic Accounts

About the role

The company is looking for a proactive Corporate Account Manager to drive profitable growth by managing and expanding strategic customer relationships in Puerto Rico. You will act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring long‑term value and business sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Build strong relationships with decision‑makers and executive stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing business and acquire new accounts.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract renewal processes.
• Develop account strategies aligned with customer objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular business reviews and present value‑driven solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to uncover growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, key account management or business development.
• Proven track record managing large or strategic customer accounts.
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience building relationships with senior‑level stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency and ability to travel as required.
