Controlling & Financial Analyst – Finance & Controlling

About the role

As a Controlling & Financial Analyst you will support financial transparency and decision‑making across the Business Unit. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly closing activities, produce financial reports and performance analyses.
• Prepare, monitor and update budget and forecast processes.
• Analyze project profitability and provide insights for strategic decisions.
• Track deviations versus plan and drive corrective actions.
• Manage monthly and yearly provisions and supplier payment activities.
• Coordinate contractual components for customers and suppliers according to Bosch standards.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives for financial processes.
• Collaborate with internal audit and external auditors to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Relevant experience in controlling, financial analysis or a similar finance function.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
