Construction Superintendent

About the role

Cotton Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead the execution of heavy reconstruction projects. You will coordinate all on‑site activities, ensure safety compliance, and maintain client satisfaction while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations to keep projects on schedule and running smoothly.
• Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders.
• Set, monitor, and manage project budgets to ensure profitability.
• Prepare and file all required contracts, permits, and documentation.
• Develop and enforce site safety plans, lead toolbox talks, and participate in safety investigations.
• Direct daily site activities, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor quality standards to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters, clients, and business partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of construction project management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of heavy reconstruction projects.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
