Construction Manager / Project Manager (CSA) – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Project Manager to lead the civil, structural and architectural scope of a major live project in the Lisbon region. You will join a multidisciplinary delivery team, overseeing the full construction lifecycle from enabling works to handover, while collaborating closely with client representatives, design consultants and specialist subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of civil, structural and architectural packages within a complex, fast‑paced programme.
• Manage sequencing, quality control and programme discipline to ensure zero‑tolerance for delays.
• Coordinate with building services, MEP teams and subcontractors to deliver integrated solutions.
• Maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Provide commercial insight alongside technical decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in civil and building construction management on large‑scale, capital‑intensive projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a collaborative, delivery‑focused environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and the capacity to make decisions close to the work site.
