About the role

Join a dynamic consultancy team as a Communication and Design Specialist, working hybrid from Lisbon. You will craft and deliver multi‑channel communication strategies that support IT services, projects, and organizational change for a leading client.

Key responsibilities

• Develop communication plans and execute multi‑channel delivery.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, storytelling, and message development.
• Create and edit written, visual, and multimedia materials, including graphics, presentations, and videos.
• Design templates, manuals, guidebooks and reusable assets while ensuring corporate branding compliance.
• Coordinate inputs, reviews, approvals, schedules, and publishing activities.
• Measure communication effectiveness, analyse feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Support digital content automation and AI‑assisted communication workflows.

Required profile

• Professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, team‑oriented attitude with strong time‑management abilities.
• Experience in supporting communication for IT services, projects, or change initiatives.
