Clinical Education Representative – Portugal

About the role

As a Clinical Education Representative you will support the implementation and use of Essity’s healthcare solutions across Portugal. You will deliver high‑quality clinical education and training to healthcare professionals, helping them improve patient outcomes in continence, hygiene, wound care and overall well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging workshops, seminars and blended‑learning programs on Essity products and protocols.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics and other healthcare providers.
• Assess customer needs, identify learning gaps and propose tailored educational initiatives.
• Contribute to account plans by spotting opportunities to increase product utilization.
• Gather market insights during field visits and share feedback with commercial and product teams.
• Act as a trusted clinical resource, providing product expertise and supporting adoption discussions.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification or equivalent healthcare‑related degree.
• Proven experience in clinical education, nursing, healthcare training or a customer‑facing role within medical devices or healthcare solutions.
• Strong understanding of clinical practices and adult‑learning principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Portugal.
