Chief Financial Officer – Strategic Finance Leader

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic and operational financial leadership for a large‑scale, technology‑enabled essential‑services organization. As a member of the Executive Committee, the CFO will shape financial strategy, ensure robust reporting and controls, and protect the organization’s long‑term financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s financial strategy aligned with enterprise objectives and long‑term value creation.
• Advise executive leadership on performance, financial risks, opportunities, scenarios, and strategic decisions.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, capital allocation and scenario modeling.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial closes, consolidations, statements and management reporting under US GAAP.
• Manage accounting, billing, accounts payable/receivable, collections, payroll, fixed assets, cash application and working‑capital processes.
• Strengthen internal controls, segregation of duties, approval frameworks, financial policies and fraud‑prevention measures.
• Lead external audits, coordinate tax, regulatory and internal reviews.
• Manage liquidity, cash forecasting, banking structures, credit facilities, investments and treasury controls.
• Partner with Operations and HR to improve labor‑cost visibility, payroll controls and service profitability.
• Drive the finance technology roadmap and data governance for Oracle NetSuite and related platforms, increasing automation, system integration and analytical capabilities.
• Recruit, develop and retain a high‑performing finance team with clear accountability and succession planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• CPA strongly preferred; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
• Extensive experience in senior finance leadership, preferably within a large, technology‑enabled organization.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of US GAAP.
• Proficiency with Oracle NetSuite (or comparable ERP/finance platforms).
• Financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Cash forecasting and treasury management.

• Advanced analytical capabilities for financial and operational reporting.
