Business Growth Director – Europe

About the role

KEO is seeking a Business Growth Director for Europe to lead and accelerate growth across its European portfolio. Based in Portugal (preferably Porto), you will work closely with the European leadership team, country teams and global divisions to identify opportunities, develop client relationships and convert strategic pursuits into sustainable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive business growth initiatives across priority European markets, sectors and geographies.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities and lead major multidisciplinary pursuits.
• Identify, develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Division Heads and country teams to create and execute market, sector and client growth plans.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor insights and support key account planning, pipeline management and pursuit governance.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in business development or commercial roles within architecture, engineering, consultancy, construction or related professional services.
• Proven track record of winning major proposals, bids and complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Established network of clients and industry contacts across European markets.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese with strong understanding of the Portuguese and wider European market.
• Excellent client‑facing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
