Budget Monitoring Coordinator – French Speaker

About the role

The Budget Monitoring Coordinator will support the IT Payment Services (ITPS) department by ensuring accurate budgeting, cost efficiency and timely reporting. This position requires strong analytical abilities and fluency in both English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the invoicing process for a dedicated scope within ITPS.
• Control the consistency of actuals across the project portfolio in collaboration with managers.
• Drive the monthly budget review and synthesize key highlights.
• Collect, control and update resource plans together with domain managers.
• Maintain reference documentation for notified budgets and reforecasts.
• Organise budget communication using digital supports for the assigned scope.
• Participate actively in governance meetings with the transformation office team.
• Manage alerts and resolve budget‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in IT and/or client management.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• High level of rigor, attention to detail and client focus.
• Strong analytical ability.
