Brand Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Resilient Active, a growing activewear brand based in Puerto Rico, is seeking a creative and organized Brand Marketing Coordinator. You will work directly with the founders to bring the brand’s voice to life across content, social media, community, and experiential activations.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and edit photography and video for social platforms, campaigns, product launches, creators, and events.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts, including content planning, publishing, Stories, and trend spotting.
• Build and nurture relationships with creators, affiliates, athletes, and customers while coordinating user‑generated content initiatives.
• Support brand activations such as photoshoots, runs, pop‑ups, product launches, and other experiential events.
• Assist with additional marketing and brand‑growth projects as the company evolves.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating social‑first photo and video content.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok and current social media trends.
• Hands‑on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar editing tools.
• Comfortable behind a camera and working with on‑camera talent.
• Familiarity with fitness, running, training, wellness or active‑lifestyle culture.
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Willingness to attend occasional events outside regular hours and a desire to learn and grow with an emerging brand.
