Brand & Communication Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Brand & Communication Specialist to drive our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube. You will create high‑quality visual and written content, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and help shape the brand voice of our technology‑focused automotive division.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) – schedule posts, engage audiences and analyse performance.
• Coordinate an external supplier to ensure regular, on‑brand content publishing.
• Create videos, photography, graphics and other design assets for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce content that aligns with brand strategy.
• Identify and build relationships with partners, sponsors and media channels to expand reach.
• Organise participation in job fairs, conferences, awards ceremonies and other events.
• Support PR initiatives to increase company visibility.
• Develop brand assets such as merchandise, templates and visual guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media management and content creation.
• Strong video production, photography and graphic design capabilities.
• Proven ability to build and manage partnerships and sponsorships.
• Experience in event coordination and public relations.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication and project‑management skills.
• Creative mindset, detail‑oriented and able to work in a multicultural environment.
