Bookkeeper

About the role

Clean Ventures is seeking a full‑time Bookkeeper to join its commercial laundry team in Trujillo Alto. You will be responsible for recording daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate ledgers, and providing basic financial reports that support operational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts on a daily basis.
• Track payables and receivables, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Prepare basic financial statements and reports for management review.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with operations and management teams to deliver accurate financial information.

Required profile

• Strong bookkeeping experience with accurate daily transaction recording.
• Ability to interpret financial statements for management decisions.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance; service‑oriented background is a plus.
• Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
