Booking & Flights Support Specialist

About the role

As a Booking & Flights Support Specialist at iCliGoiCliGo, you will work closely with travel consultants to turn travel plans into memorable journeys. You will manage bookings, provide expert assistance, and ensure high‑quality service for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of customer bookings, including creation, modification, and cancellation.
• Provide specialized support to travel partners and consultants.
• Deliver personalized, detail‑oriented customer service.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of services and processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Tourism or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a travel agency or tour operator.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Availability for fixed night shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with airline booking systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus and/or Galileo.
