Bilingual Call Center Representative (On-site, Guaynabo)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Call Center Representative to join our Guaynabo office. You will work directly with consumers to resolve unpaid accounts, provide accurate account updates, and support our collections efforts while earning a competitive hourly wage plus commission.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers by telephone and approve written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts.
• Enter thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates in the system for each interaction.
• Research and locate consumer contact information when needed.
• Advise delinquent consumers on payment options and help them secure funds.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Stay current on Transworld Systems policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to management for process improvements.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Outgoing, sociable “people person” with strong communication skills.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
