BI & Analytics Analyst

About the role

The BI & Analytics Analyst will enable data‑driven decision making at LCPR by designing and delivering business intelligence solutions. You will translate business questions into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and data analyses, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain BI solutions, including data sets, queries, reports, and dashboards.
• Engage with customers and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and define BI deliverables.
• Develop scalable visualisations using tools such as Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, or PowerBI.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis to identify root causes of market performance.
• Troubleshoot data, analyses, and code; research issues and implement solutions.
• Write secure, stable, testable, and maintainable code; automate processes where possible.
• Collaborate with corporate BI, IT, and data owners to align data sources, pipelines, and governance.
• Monitor performance and usage of existing BI assets, addressing data discrepancies proactively.
• Document data dictionaries and ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.
• Promote BI transformation across functions and lead by example.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience delivering BI projects on schedule and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to data privacy, security standards, and corporate policies.
