Bell Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a friendly Bell Attendant to join the Guest Services team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico. The role welcomes guests, assists with luggage, and provides a warm, professional first and last impression of the luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their rooms.
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms, maintaining accurate delivery records.
• Handle guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, local directions, and events.
• Perform errands for guests, including off‑site trips when required.
• Assist Bell and Valet teams during busy periods or staff absences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell desk and luggage storage areas.

Required profile

• Prior experience in guest services, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lb and push a cart weighing up to 200 lb.
• Comfort working outdoors in warm temperatures.
• Team‑player attitude with a willingness to help across the resort.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking both English and Spanish.
