Missions principales

Phase 1: Backend Specialization

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend services using Java (8+) and Spring Boot within a microservices architecture.
• Create and manage RESTful APIs and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server).
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, versioning, and deployment using Git and Docker.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality code.
• Monitor production environments, resolve incidents, and collaborate with front-end teams, core systems (BANKA), and functional analysts.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement processes.

Phase 2: Full Stack Evolution

• Transition towards end-to-end web application development using React (hooks, state management) and Node.js (Express).
• Develop integrated solutions combining SQL/NoSQL databases with modern frontend frameworks.

Profil recherche

• Proven experience in backend development with a strong focus on Java ecosystems.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and autonomy in managing technical tasks.
• Clear communication skills to interact with both technical and functional profiles.

Competences requises

• Backend: Java 8+, Spring / Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, Security.
• DevOps & Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, Kafka/NATS/ActiveMQ, Monitoring/Logging.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server.
• Frontend (Evolution): React, Node.js, Express.
