About the role
Join a leading consultancy in Malta as a Business Development or Recruitment Consultant. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while benefiting from mentorship by top performers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end sales process and close deals with international clients.
- Prospect, cold‑call and generate meetings in the IT, Finance and Legal recruitment sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to achieve targets and contribute to team growth.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of proven outbound sales experience (B2B preferred).
- Strong background in prospecting, cold calling and meeting generation.
- Previous experience as SDR, BDR, financial advisor, insurance agent, real‑estate agent or similar is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and work onsite.
- Motivated by targets, fluent in English and hold EU citizenship.
