Architect – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Architect to join our multidisciplinary team in Lisbon. You will work on a variety of projects, from test‑fits to final execution, collaborating with national and international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client needs and develop test‑fits, temporary and final design solutions.
• Manage stakeholders throughout each project, both locally and abroad.
• Create Look & Feel proposals, conceptual designs, and preliminary studies.
• Prepare licensing documentation, execution drawings, reports, and measurement tables.
• Follow up on permits with authorities and clients.
• Provide technical assistance during construction management.
• Ensure projects meet market quality standards and C&W specifications.
• Keep up‑to‑date with regulations, material trends, and maintain the catalog and material library.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as an Architect or Interior Designer.
• Member of the Ordem dos Arquitectos (Order of Architects).
• Strong analytical abilities and fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work in multidisciplinary teams and present in Portuguese and English.
• Dynamic, creative, autonomous, and proactive with the ability to plan, prioritize and adapt to diverse project types.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BIM tools, especially Revit.
• AutoCAD.
• Adobe Photoshop.
• Microsoft Office suite.
