Application Support – French Speaker

About the role

Decskill is seeking a French‑speaking Application Support professional to assist front‑office and middle‑office users in daily operations. You will troubleshoot incidents, design work‑arounds and ensure service continuity for financial applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level incident investigation and resolution for FO and MO users.
• Act as the single point of contact for user‑related topics and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Understand business issues, assess impacts and propose effective solutions.
• Continuously train on business knowledge to maintain high service levels.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French.
• Knowledge of investment finance products such as derivatives and money‑market instruments.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle or Sybase databases.
