Accounts Payable Officer – French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Officer who is fluent in French to join our new Shared Services Center in Porto. The role will support the European subsidiaries by ensuring timely processing of invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Control and validate incoming invoices (scanned and dematerialized) for all CSP companies.
• Perform accounting and analytical reconciliations and post invoices for payment before deadlines.
• Serve as the primary contact for suppliers and internal teams, addressing queries professionally.
• Analyze invoice precedence in coordination with operational teams.
• Participate actively in monthly accounting closings within set timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance functions.
• Fluent French and good English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, dynamic, and analytically minded.
• Strong team player with diplomatic communication style.
• Previous experience in a Shared Services Center is a plus.
