Account Manager – Restaurant Platform

About the role

Join TheFork’s fast‑growing restaurant booking platform as an Account Manager, helping restaurants boost revenue and improve their online presence across Europe. You will work directly with existing restaurant partners, offering strategic advice and promoting TheFork’s suite of tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach to current restaurant customers to present revenue‑generating solutions.
• Provide ongoing support via email and phone, advising on positioning strategy, revenue management and online marketing.
• Sell, upsell and retain TheFork products, ensuring customers adopt new features.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, building long‑term relationships with each restaurant.
• Deliver training and support to maximize usage of TheFork tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a sales representative or account manager.
• Fluent English and C2‑level Portuguese.
• Comfort handling 45‑50 outbound/inbound calls daily and managing large portfolios (400‑800 accounts).
• Customer‑oriented, empathetic and resilient with a strong results focus.
