Wellness Attendant

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Wellness Attendant to join our luxury resort in Comporta, Portugal. You will ensure our spa, gym, and treatment areas are clean, organized, and welcoming, providing an exceptional experience for our members.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the gym, salon, and treatment rooms each day.
• Keep all wellness and public areas clean, organized, and up to quality standards.
• Greet members warmly and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
• Support the team in delivering services smoothly and on time.
• Monitor stock levels, request supplies, and maintain equipment safety.
• Report lost & found items and assist with guest incident reporting.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Update daily communication logs and attend required training or meetings.
• Perform other operational tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a spa, wellness center, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and guest care.
• Professional attitude, teamwork mindset, and good communication skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to follow standards, maintain high grooming levels, and work in a multicultural setting.
• Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods.
