Warehouse Coordinator – Life Sciences North America

About the role

Jacobs is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for its Life Sciences North America division. The role focuses on material management for major capital equipment and supplies on mid‑to‑large scale construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop upfront material planning activities, including the Field Materials Management Plan (FMMP) and material control strategies.
• Create project‑specific templates, reports, and tools to support material control.
• Provide guidance and on‑the‑job training to construction management and procurement professionals.
• Apply critical thinking and problem‑solving to improve the efficiency of materials management efforts.
• Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of materials management concepts, principles, and practices.
• Experience with material control integration across project functions.
• Ability to lead project activities and mentor team members.
• Proven track record of advancing knowledge in a specific commodity or subject area.
