Temporary Floor Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Floor Manager will act as the daily point of reference on the sales floor, linking store management with the team and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a luxury fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales development by monitoring KPIs, analysing performance, and motivating the team to meet targets.
• Deliver flawless customer service, maintain deep product knowledge, and build client loyalty through personalized follow‑up.
• Lead, train and support the team, including new hires, on storytelling, sales techniques and CRM usage.
• Oversee operational excellence: stock optimisation, inventory control, visual merchandising, store cleanliness and security compliance.
• Prepare regular sales and operational reports for store management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the luxury or fashion retail sector.
• Strong teamwork, communication and leadership abilities.
• Adaptability, proactivity and meticulous attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness with a solid understanding of sales KPIs.
