Software Developer – Bubble Games

About the role

Miniclip is looking for a Software Developer to join its Bubble Games team, responsible for maintaining and expanding a large portfolio of Bubble Shooter titles. You will work closely with product and engineering managers to deliver fun, revenue‑driving features for thousands of daily players.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the technical direction of the franchise by participating in architecture discussions and key decisions.
• Design, implement, and maintain gameplay and meta‑features from concept to production.
• Maintain and evolve a large codebase, improving its quality with modern Typescript and C++ features.
• Explore Android and iOS architectures to ensure cross‑platform performance.
• Build lightweight tools, technical frameworks, and workflows that enable rapid delivery.
• Collaborate with product and engineering managers, challenge ideas constructively, and remove impediments for the team.

Required profile

• Collaborative, proactive, and hands‑on attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
• 2+ years of mobile game development experience or equivalent.
• Proven expertise in software design patterns and solid engineering practices.
• Ability to work within an existing codebase, assess risk, and manage multiple repositories.
• Strong communication skills, eager to share ideas and continuously improve.
