About the role

IslaIntel, a Caribbean‑focused AI company, is looking for a motivated intern to lead its social media presence. As a Social Media Manager and Brand Ambassador, you will create engaging content, represent the brand on camera, and help grow our bilingual community across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create and record original social media posts for all IslaIntel channels.
• Appear on camera as the face of the brand, delivering authentic and energetic messaging.
• Produce content in both English and Spanish to reach our bilingual audience.
• Develop content ideas that align with IslaIntel’s marketing goals and AI focus.
• Monitor social media trends and propose fresh content angles.
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Participate in brief weekly check‑ins with the marketing team.

Required profile

• Experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret performance data and recommend enhancements.
• Creative thinking with a solid understanding of branding.
• Familiarity with major social platforms and digital tools.
• Enthusiasm for AI and the Caribbean’s emerging tech economy.
