Site Manager – Vila Verde

A key position within YD Pharma’s operational structure, offering real autonomy and a direct impact on company results. The role blends hands‑on leadership with a strategic project vision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day factory operations, including production, supply chain, EHS and on‑site HR.
• Lead the capacity expansion project and report milestones to the Board.
• Monitor operational KPIs and develop corrective action plans.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and ensure GMP compliance.
• Maintain a zero‑tolerance safety mindset for all personnel on site.
• Participate in site budget construction and cost‑control activities.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent (Master I/II).
• 5+ years of experience in industrial production management, preferably in the pharma industry.
• Proven project‑management and Lean Manufacturing expertise.
• Fluent English.
