Shop Assistant – Retail Sales Associate

About the role

As a Shop Assistant you will be the face of Pandora, welcoming fans and helping them find the perfect jewellery piece while upholding the brand’s standards throughout the shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized attention to customers, recommending items that match their needs and moments.
• Maintain store presentation, product organization and visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with the Shop Manager and team on daily store activities.
• Handle operational tasks such as restocking, cash management and inventory control.

Required profile

• Passionate about Pandora’s storytelling and product range.
• Acts as a role model in customer interactions and teamwork.
• Shows a drive for continuous improvement based on performance indicators.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently on store operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable using standard computer and electronic tools.
