About the role
We are seeking a Service Desk Technician to join Inetum’s user‑support team. The role focuses on delivering remote technical assistance, handling incidents efficiently and ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to end‑users via phone, email and ITSM tools.
- Log, categorize, diagnose and resolve support tickets in accordance with defined processes and SLAs.
- Escalate complex incidents to second‑line teams when required.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the ITSM system.
- Maintain compliance with service standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a Service Desk or Helpdesk environment.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities in a remote support setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a user‑oriented mindset.
- Proactive attitude, sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously.
- Team player with solid organizational and prioritisation skills.
Required skills
- Operating systems: Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Familiarity with Chrome OS (nice to have).
- Experience with ITSM tools for ticket management.
What we offer
- On‑call duty rotation (1‑2 times per month).
- Initial on‑site training.
- Shift‑based schedule covering 7 am – 11 pm, seven days a week.
- Possibility of hybrid or remote work under specific service conditions.
