Service Desk Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Service Desk Technician to join Inetum’s user‑support team. The role focuses on delivering remote technical assistance, handling incidents efficiently and ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to end‑users via phone, email and ITSM tools.
• Log, categorize, diagnose and resolve support tickets in accordance with defined processes and SLAs.
• Escalate complex incidents to second‑line teams when required.
• Document all interactions and resolutions in the ITSM system.
• Maintain compliance with service standards and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Service Desk or Helpdesk environment.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities in a remote support setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a user‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive attitude, sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously.
• Team player with solid organizational and prioritisation skills.

Required skills

• Operating systems: Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Familiarity with Chrome OS (nice to have).
• Experience with ITSM tools for ticket management.
