Senior Operator – Manufacturing Machinery Lead

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Operator to lead the operation, setup, and maintenance of advanced machinery in our manufacturing facility. You will ensure smooth production runs, troubleshoot complex equipment issues, and mentor junior team members to achieve operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the setup, calibration, and fine‑tuning of CNC machines, lathes, and process controllers.
• Conduct rigorous quality checks and inspections on finished products to meet strict specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical or system malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Mentor and train junior operators on SOPs, safety protocols, and technical skills.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations such as OSHA and ISO standards.
• Maintain accurate production logs, equipment maintenance records, and daily activity reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to lead teams and ensure operational excellence.
• Familiarity with safety compliance and quality assurance processes.
