Senior Mobile App Developer – Flutter/Dart

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Mobile App Developer to join our fast‑growing team in Portugal. In this hybrid position you will lead the design and implementation of high‑quality mobile experiences that blend digital interfaces with real‑world sensor data for action‑sports enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Lead features from concept through production, ensuring polished, production‑ready releases.
• Integrate sensor‑driven functionalities such as GPS, maps, accelerometer, NFC and RFID.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to create intuitive user experiences.
• Define app architecture, enforce best practices and improve performance, reliability and scalability.
• Contribute to testing, CI/CD pipelines and release workflows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Strong expertise with Flutter and Dart, with a track record of shipping production apps.
• Self‑motivated, able to own projects and make technical decisions autonomously.
• Based in Portugal and available for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Comfortable working in a small, fast‑moving team and handling ambiguity.
