We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our front‑office IT team. You will translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, ensure high‑quality delivery through rigorous testing, and empower users with effective training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Write comprehensive functional specifications that align with business objectives and user requirements.
• Collaborate closely with developers to plan and execute thorough testing of new features and enhancements.
• Deliver user training sessions and provide ongoing support to maximize system utilization and satisfaction.
• Analyze complex business requirements, identify challenges, and propose innovative solutions.
