Senior Brand Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer to shape and evolve a modern, cohesive brand identity for a globally distributed, fully remote organization. You will work across digital campaigns, offline activations, and all brand touchpoints, influencing how the brand is perceived in markets worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end brand design projects, from concept through final execution across multiple channels.
• Create visual assets such as landing pages, digital ads, social media content, email designs, presentation decks, and sales materials.
• Develop and maintain brand systems to ensure consistency and modern visual expression.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to translate business goals into compelling creative solutions.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of feedback and design excellence.
• Continuously refine design processes to achieve pixel‑perfect execution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in brand design, preferably within innovative or high‑growth global companies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern aesthetics and typographic expertise.
• Deep understanding of brand systems and ability to maintain consistency across diverse outputs.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and team development.

Required skills

• Proficiency in brand system development and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating assets for digital, social, web, and offline formats.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven design tools and automation workflows.

• Annual base salary between $116,250 and $130,750, depending on experience and location.
