Senior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to lead our daily accounting operations and provide strategic financial insight. The role combines hands‑on bookkeeping with high‑level analysis to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and monthly management reports.
• Manage general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and month‑end / year‑end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and support auditors.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Review and improve accounting procedures and processes.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA license preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
