Salesforce Solutions Architect – French Speaking

About the role

Inetum is seeking a French‑speaking Salesforce Solutions Architect to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions for its clients in Portugal. You will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to translate strategic objectives into robust, high‑performing Salesforce architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end Salesforce architecture aligned with business goals and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define data models, integration strategies, and system components.
• Guide development teams in implementing scalable, maintainable Salesforce configurations.
• Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead solution reviews, provide technical mentorship, and maintain architectural consistency across projects.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Salesforce innovations and recommend enhancements to improve outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or senior technical role.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third‑party systems.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset, attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are a plus.
