Sales Specialist – German & French (Remote, EU)

About the role

We are looking for a German‑ and French‑speaking Sales Specialist to join our international payments team. The role is fully remote within the EU and involves representing the brand to customers in the Benelux region while supporting digital onboarding and contract acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Close deals, upsell solutions and generate new contracts with prospective clients.
• Guide customers through the digital onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience.
• Handle calls and chats, providing personalized support to prospects and existing customers in the financial sector.
• Act as the voice of the brand, delivering a professional and positive image.
• Maintain accurate administrative records of client relationships.

Required profile

• Fluency in German, French and English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous, but training is offered for the right candidate.
• Strong rapport‑building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to think quickly and devise creative solutions.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and readiness to help.
• Availability for predetermined shifts.
• Residency within the EEA (security requirement).
• Stable high‑speed internet connection and a private dedicated workspace.
