Sales Specialist (French & English) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Sales Specialist to join our fully remote team supporting a global digital brand. The position combines customer experience with commercial impact, focusing on retaining existing customers, reducing churn and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage French‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat with a sales‑oriented, retention mindset.
• Identify churn risks and apply proactive retention strategies to secure loyalty.
• Promote platform features and upsell relevant services when appropriate.
• Handle objections and transform negative experiences into commercial opportunities.
• Deliver a premium customer journey that increases engagement and revenue.
• Capture insights and feedback to continuously improve retention tactics.

Required profile

• Fluent French and English (C1/C2 level).
• Experience in customer service, retention or sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Commercial mindset with focus on results and KPIs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, digital environment.

• Monthly base salary of €920 plus performance bonus up to €360.
