About the role
Varian, a Siemens Healthineers Company, is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead the Brachytherapy portfolio across the FBL and SEU zones. You will be the primary liaison for customers, shaping market adoption of our oncology solutions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for Brachytherapy customers and projects across FBL and SEU, ensuring regular engagement and strong relationship management.
- Identify customer needs, clinical challenges, and emerging opportunities to position Varian’s solutions effectively.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract closure—including pricing, tender support, and negotiation.
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and strategic discussions to technical and leadership stakeholders.
- Drive order growth and expand market share through proactive, country‑level go‑to‑market actions.
- Collaborate closely with in‑country sales, service, and marketing teams to align commercial strategy.
- Partner with internal Brachytherapy expert teams, providing market feedback to support product development.
Required profile
- Customer‑centric mindset with a proven track record in sales, preferably within medical devices or oncology.
- Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and geographies.
- Excellent communication skills, both technical and executive.
