Rooftop Supervisor

About the role

Join Meliá’s flagship luxury hotel in Lisbon as a Rooftop Supervisor, overseeing the rooftop restaurant and pool area. You will lead a vibrant team, ensure impeccable service standards, and create memorable experiences for both business and leisure guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily rooftop operations, delivering seamless, high‑end service.
• Maintain the venue’s appearance, ambiance, and cleanliness to align with luxury standards.
• Manage stock, equipment, and readiness, ensuring efficiency and guest focus.
• Handle guest feedback promptly, turning each interaction into a positive moment.
• Motivate and coach the floor team, driving performance through collaboration and example.
• Ensure strict adherence to procedures, checklists, brand standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Dynamic supervisor with experience in luxury or lifestyle hospitality, preferably in rooftop or high‑energy F&B concepts.
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, multi‑outlet environments balancing restaurant and pool/lounge operations.
• Strong focus on delivering high‑quality, memorable guest experiences.
• Solid knowledge of food & beverage operations, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
