About the role
Join a leading Swiss telecom brand as a Retention Customer Support Assistant, helping German‑speaking customers stay connected. Working remotely from Portugal, you will use your language skills and sales mindset to turn potential cancellations into lasting loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Identify reasons for customer churn and propose tailored solutions.
- Handle complaints, service issues, and billing inquiries with empathy.
- Offer incentives such as discounts, promotions, or upgrades to retain customers.
- Build positive experiences that strengthen long‑term relationships with the brand.
Required profile
- Professional fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in sales, upselling, or customer retention is highly valued.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive base salary of €920 per month (gross) paid 14 times a year.
- Performance bonus up to €360 per month.
- Language allowances, meal and flex‑work allowances, and health insurance from day one.
- One month of paid comprehensive training and occasional office visits in Lisbon or Porto.
