Retail Buyer – Global Buying Office

About the role

Join TJX Companies as a Retail Buyer within our Global Buying Offices. You will travel domestically and internationally to source exciting products, build vendor relationships, and support the merchandising strategy of our off‑price retail brands.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and participate in market trips, both domestic and international.
• Support the development and maintenance of vendor relationships and open new accounts.
• Define purchase quantities in line with OTB guidelines and store presentation needs.
• Monitor trends, assortments, and pricing through store visits and competitive analysis.
• Evaluate products and brands based on style, quality, price, and market positioning.
• Manage negotiations and purchasing for assigned categories with guidance from the MM/BM.
• Conduct analysis and reporting to support seasonal strategy development and identify key business trends.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• Previous experience as a Buyer.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Comfortable with frequent international travel.
