Reliability & Efficiency Engineer – fully remote possible

About the role

You will be responsible for analysing and optimising system availability and reliability in our automated warehouses. The role combines data‑driven evaluation with the implementation of efficiency measures, while supporting project teams and system integrators on technical matters.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse operational and production data (including EWM‑MFR) to identify reliability gaps.
• Develop and implement measures that increase system efficiency and uptime.
• Support project management and system integrators with technical questions on processes and workflows.
• Ensure smooth ramp‑up and ongoing operations, balancing technical and organisational requirements.
• Travel across the DACH region and Europe (approximately 75% of the time) to work on‑site as needed.

Required profile

• Technical apprenticeship or degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology or a comparable field.
• Experience in data analysis and system operations.
• Independent, structured, analytical and solution‑oriented working style.
• Strong communication, teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Business‑fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
