About the role

This senior position is responsible for driving growth of advanced networking and communications solutions across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The role combines strategic planning, partnership development and hands‑on business development in a highly technical, defense‑focused environment. You will work remotely from anywhere in Europe or from a major international office.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies to expand market presence across EMEA.
  • Identify and secure foreign military sales opportunities in networking and communications.
  • Lead, mentor and support geographically distributed regional teams.
  • Manage relationships with international resellers, distributors and strategic partners, including pipeline oversight and forecasting.
  • Act as primary contact for reseller networks and partnership programs.
  • Analyze high‑potential markets for advanced wireless communication solutions.
  • Evaluate, onboard and manage new partners, agents and channel representatives.
  • Coordinate participation in trade shows, industry conferences and customer events.
  • Collaborate with internal business development and engineering teams to address market‑entry challenges.
  • Travel regularly to customer and partner locations (up to 50% of the time).

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another technical discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience supporting government‑related international projects.
  • Strong background in foreign military sales, preferably in networking, wireless communications or defense technologies.
  • Proven experience in international sales strategy, account development and regional business expansion.
  • Demonstrated leadership managing cross‑functional or geographically distributed teams.
  • Solid understanding of project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management and partner program execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills in multicultural environments.
