About the role
Devoteam is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join its Telecom sector team in Lisbon. The role focuses on ensuring the quality of digital deliveries through manual testing, bug tracking, and close collaboration with development and product teams.
Key responsibilities
- Execute manual tests (functional, regression and exploratory).
- Create, maintain and execute test cases and test plans.
- Identify, document and track bugs using Azure DevOps.
- Validate system integrations and APIs.
- Perform data validation through database queries.
- Work closely with development and product teams.
- Ensure quality across digital deliveries.
Required profile
- Experience with manual testing (functional, regression and exploratory).
- Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps (backlogs, bugs and Test Plans).
- SQL (basic/intermediate) knowledge.
- Experience with API testing (SOAP/REST) using SoapUI.
- Strong bug documentation and tracking skills.
- Attention to detail and a quality‑driven mindset.
